Orient will source the space and negotiate with the lease with the landlord to give you occupation with a simple all-inclusive monthly fee. This wraps in your rent, rates, service charges, utilities, cleaning, furniture, connectivity and most day to day office management.

We keep the options to a goldilocks selection – not too many and not too few. Our team will give a design interpretation of the offices and a choice of locations and indicative price options
We Consult
Once the shortlist is shorter we set to work planning and pricing to give you robust cost projections in the form of an all inclusive ongoing monthly fee
You Decide
Once the location, design, term and facility management is defined and fully costed and agreed, the decision is yours
